Its been a long time

... since I last updated.

Regarding work looks like it was the latter case for me. No work. Not particularly looking forward to the next few weeks of boredom. My work day consists of: 1. coming late about 10am 2. sitting in front of computer MSN/surfing while trying to read emag for engineers 3. long draggy lunch 4. back to computer 5. teabreak 6. go home. Very sad. Very soon my work buddies will be gone, not sure what will happen then. I'll probably go nuts and sit alone in front of my computer not talking to anyone for 8 hours straight. Or maybe NUS term will have started and I can jio some friends out for lunch hopefully. Seriously reconsidering optics as a concentration...

Received a fresh perspective on church today during campus. You may call it a bout of cynicism but I think its just as revealing as any message. I think I'm entitled to my opinions on practices. I may agree/disagree, I'm not a robot and Pastor is also still a human. I would say I have a serious lack of Godly relationships...

Freshies are here... looks like another interesting bunch of Singaporeans headed to the capital of the midwest Universities. I mean capital. Population = 200++ More than one physics major too! Very interesting question I got asked today, why did I choose physics as my major. (engineering physics) I'm not sure if I answered the guy at all... just rambled about a*star and PhDs. I guess I was caught by surprise. It's a long convulated story beginning with astronauts and star wars ... and being fascinated by all the exciting stuff like time-travel and stars/blackholes/quasars etc. knowing the fabric of space/matter/light/energy what makes up our universe and how it works. To know the mind of God when he created the universe. Of course I've since learnt that this is mostly BS and to really know the mind of God is definitely not going to be through physics... but its still fairly interesting! =p

keep it happy. Sounds like bad jap english.

KL and work

Had a blast of a time no thanks to these bunch of monkeys:

Yaw Sing always dependable. But occasionally a bit wasted. "You want to have a D??"

Ting Ting and her blabbering. "What????"

KP aka. Bug of "Dog and Bug" His usual shit too much to write down.

Yup. KL was great fun. 2 days of non-stop talk-kok sessions, card games and general playing the fool. Sometimes it doesn't really matter where you go, it's about the company and this time the company was brilliant. Thanks so much guys. =)

Just started work at i2r. So far I'm doing nothing which is the greatest torture I suspect you can ever inflict on a person. I'm just so incredibly bored at work. Maybe I shouldn't complain too soon though. I'm told that work should begin by next week and if it doesn't then expect no work for the rest of the attachment. Now which is worse I'm frankly not sure.

Anyway GO FRANCE! ZIZOU is DA MAN.
